History
Librantice is believed to have been founded as part of hide colonization in the second half of the 13th century. The first written mention of Librantice dates from 1496.
The former Hradecko-Bystřická trade route formed the northern cadastral boundary of Librantice. In Slatina, it divided into one route towards Kłodzko and another towards Opočno.
