Lazne Belohrad: Hotels and Accommodations
Lázně Bělohrad is closely associated with spa treatments. Bělohradské slatinné lázně have a tradition of therapeutic peat use dating back to the 19th century. Lázně Bělohrad focuses on treating musculoskeletal disorders as well as gynecological, neurological, oncological, and dermatological conditions.
Nature
The landscape includes the Kamenná hůra Nature Reserve, which protects a remnant beech forest on mineral-poor ground composed of sandstone conglomerates. Bažantnice is home to a 51-hectare spa park; the former Annamariánský pramen spring is now called Pramen Vita.
The Kamennou hůrou Educational Trail begins in the chateau park of Lázně Bělohrad and leads through Brtev to the entrance of the Kamenná hůra Nature Reserve. Along the route, the nature reserve contains a rare beech forest. Another route, Hopsík a tajemství starého Bělohradu, has seven stops and is approximately 3 kilometers long. The Hopsík route is accessible along its entire length to pedestrians, strollers, and bicycles.
A fairy-tale walk with carved wooden figures and mythical creatures runs along the shore of Pardoubek Pond.
