Dolní Radechová is located in Podkrkonoší, in a narrow valley northeast of Náchod. The town stretches along the first-class road between Náchod and Trutnov. There are also several marked trails and cycling routes that run through the area and its forest massif.

The red-marked hiking trail Náchod–Kramolna–Červený Kostelec–Havlovice runs through a forest massif along ridges on existing forest paths. The long-distance cycling route 4095 from Náchod via Červený Kostelec to Rtyně v Podkrkonoší runs through the western part of the Dolní Radechová area and follows forest and field paths along ridges through the forest massif.

The Náchod–Dolní Radechová walking and cycling route is 1.943 km long and leads to the sports hall. The Lelkowa Góra mountain, Krucza Kopa mountain, Czarna Kopa mountain, and Grodziec mountain are located in the vicinity of Dolní Radechová.

Culture and history
