Horní Radechová: Hotels and accommodations

The first written mention of Horní Radechová dates back to 1402. Even then, the municipality had to pay the chaplain from Náchod to celebrate Masses.

History and townscape

In 1560, Horní Radechová already had 48 house numbers, mostly farmsteads. The inhabitants lived primarily from agriculture and weaving. The local history also includes the T-S 2 Studýnka infantry bunker, an immovable cultural monument in the cadastral area of Horní Radechová in the Studénky locality.

The Chapel of St. Cyril and St. Methodius belongs to Horní Radechová and is affiliated with the Roman Catholic parish of Červený Kostelec.

Landscape and regional destinations

Several mountains are located around Horní Radechová: Lelkowa Góra, Czarna Kopa, Krucza Kopa, and Čáp. In the wider surrounding region, there are also Ścinawka Górna Castle - Renesansowy dwór and Zamek Rogowiec Castle. Churches listed there include Sanktuarium na Kościelcu and Sw. Katarzyna.

Trails and viewpoints

In the center of Horní Radechová, there is a tourist trail junction on the main road. From the Horní Radechová trail junction, a yellow-marked trail leads southwest to U Čertoviny, Zábrodí, and Špinka. The Hronov–Červený Kostelec hiking route via Radechová is classified as easy.

The Na Signálu lookout tower was completed in 2014 and stands at an elevation of 496 m.
