The Kostel sv. Michaela, archanděla parish church in Vernéřovice is a Baroque church. It was built in 1719–1720, and its interior was completed in 1722.

Routes

The long-distance hiking route Stezka Českem passes through Vernéřovice; the village lies at the 64th kilometer of the fifth section of the northern route. At the signpost by the Vernéřovice elementary school, there is a sign marked “Stezka Českem”.

A red-marked hiking route leads to the upper end of Vernéřovice and continues across fields to the Vernéřovická studánka. The route there is 10 km long and has a low level of difficulty. The marked route leads to meadows above Vernéřovice, from which the Broumovské stěny and the distinctive peak of Honský Špičák can be seen.

The route passing through Vernéřovice features preserved farmsteads and log cabins in the regional folk architectural style. The “Za poklady Broumovska II” cycling route passes through the entire municipality of Vernéřovice.
