The 1.7-kilometre-long Městský památkový okruh leads to historically significant sites, including the Davidova hvězda memorial and preserved remains of the town fortifications in Valová ulička. The town's history also includes the fact that the synagogue in Dvůr Králové nad Labem was demolished in 1966 and that the town's Jewish residents were murdered by the Nazis.
