At the southern edge of Horní Bludovice lies Stará řeka, a protected natural monument. In 2002, it was designated a natural monument covering an area of 1.42 hectares, preserving a former, originally naturally meandering course of the Lučina, as well as remnants of a softwood floodplain forest and a wetland.

The Lučina flows through Horní Bludovice and divides the municipality into two parts. Kohout Hill offers a view over Horní Bludovice and the surrounding area. The Radegast CykloTrak also runs through the municipality.
