Bílov reveals itself through culture, nature, and paths around the village.
Culture
The Church of St. Lawrence was originally made of wood. Between 1709 and 1731, it was rebuilt in stone. St. Lawrence is a protected cultural monument and has been under heritage protection since May 3, 1958.
The Boží muka wayside shrine is located at the exit from Bílov toward Fulnek.
Nature
The Bílov lookout tower has an observation platform 26.25 meters above the ground on a 62.50-meter-high tower. The observation platform of the Bílov lookout tower can be reached via an external steel staircase with 137 steps.
In 2001, the municipality of Bílov built the small “BÍLOV-HUBLESKA” water reservoir. The Paseky water reservoir is a flow-through reservoir with an earth dam, an outlet structure, and a safety spillway.
A villa is located in the extensive Hubleska game preserve. It is associated with Jindřich Salcher: as one of the founders of the MASSAG factory, he had it built; he was also the former owner of the Massag company. A revitalized pond lies above the villa in the Hubleska grove. The villa is now a residential building.

The 25-kilometer-long cycle route No. 6039, “Rodištěm S. Freuda,” passes through Bílov.
An educational trail with Stations of the Cross leads from the Hubleska water reservoir through Bílov toward the château and museum in Studénka.
A red-marked hiking route from Bílovec to Fulnek leads around the Hubleska water reservoir.
The spring event “Jarní otvírání vody” at the Hubleska water reservoir includes fishing competitions and is attended by local residents as well as interested visitors from elsewhere.
