Culture
Dolní Benešov Chateau is registered as a protected cultural monument under registration number ÚSKP 24181/8-1357. It is an example of chateau architecture from several stylistic periods; its core dates from the 16th century. A portal with a coat of arms dated 1498 has been preserved on the chateau. The English park was laid out around the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, covers 1.7 ha, and surrounds the chateau buildings on all sides.
The Church of Saint Martin in Dolní Benešov is a protected cultural monument and was probably built as early as around 1678. The Chapel of the Holy Cross is a longitudinal Neo-Gothic chapel with a stepped gable. It was built in the 1870s from unrendered exposed brickwork, characteristic of the Historicist architecture of the Hlučínsko region. The Immaculata statue in Dolní Benešov is a copy of a Late Baroque statue; the original dates from the 1780s.
