Křenovice: Hotels and Accommodation

The Church of St. John of Nepomuk is the dominant landmark of Křenovice’s broad and elongated village green. It was built in 1887–1888 in the Neo-Gothic style on the site of an original chapel; its furnishings are also Neo-Gothic and date from the time of its construction. On the first Saturday of every month at 4 p.m., this church in Křenovice near Kojetín holds a regular prayer of the Marian Večeřadlo.

Culture and History

The Chapel of St. Anne on Koráb was built in 1832 out of gratitude for the end of a cholera epidemic. The water from the spring near the Chapel of St. Anne is not drinkable. In the countryside in the municipality of Křenovice near Kojetín, there is a small place of devotion, the Chapel of Our Lady, Queen of Peace, which is associated with the message conveyed in Medjugorje. This chapel is accessible around the clock.
