Nahošovice: Hotels and accommodation

The chapel of Nahošovice, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, was built in 1874 on the site of a former wooden bell tower.

The Dřevohostický les Natura 2000 site extends into the western edge of the Nahošovice municipal area in two sections.

History and culture

The solitary hill near Zajíček is considered the largest of the local hills. Excavations uncovered pottery shards, a flint knife, and stone axes.

The former fortress of Nahošovice stood in the northeastern part of the settlement, in the centre of the village. Only a small hill measuring approximately 6.5 × 3 metres, situated about 1.5 metres above the bottom of the moat, remains of the 14th-century fortress.
