Culture and history
The Church of St. Nicholas was built in 1828–1829 in the Empire style. It can be visited at any time of day via an entrance separated from the nave by a decorative grille.
The Horákova Chapel is a pilgrimage site on the edge of the forest above Dolní Dobrouč. It is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, Mother of Perpetual Help.
The Chapel of St. Joseph at the cemetery preserves the presbytery of a former Gothic church from the 15th century. In the Horní Dobrouč district of Dolní Dobrouč stands the Baroque Church of St. John the Baptist, dating from 1770. It was built on the site of an older wooden church mentioned in 1677.
Lanšperk Castle was built in the second half of the 13th century. Today, part of the curtain wall and the cellars of the palace adjoining this wall remain.
Landscape and trails
Golf Dobrouč is a natural, fully irrigated golf course set among the picturesque hills in the foothills of the Orlické Mountains. The Řetová, Zámecká hora and Vysoký Kámen mountains are located in the surroundings of Dolní Dobrouč. Buková hora lies in the wider regional surroundings of Dolní Dobrouč.
The hiking route from Lanšperk to Dolní Dobrouč follows green, blue and red trail markings, leads through forest paths and then descends to Dolní Dobrouč. The tennis complex in Dolní Dobrouč has three tennis courts and a practice wall.
