The significant monuments of the municipality of Erpužice include two burial mounds in Malovice as well as the Church of Saint Margaret in Malovice.
Culture and History
The burial mounds in Malovice are archaeological sites indicating early settlement in the area. The railway bridge on the Pňovany–Bezdružice local railway line was built between 1899 and 1901. It is an authentically preserved, technically exceptional industrial monument and a prominent feature of the landscape. The Svatomarkétská pouť pilgrimage festival is traditionally held in Erpužice.

Malovice is located near the Hracholusky recreational reservoir. In Malovice, cycle route 2214 leaves the road section at the chapel and continues along a field path to a trail running above the Hracholusky Reservoir. A cycle route connects Malovice and Erpužice and continues to Trpísty; it allows visitors to discover the region’s natural beauty and historical monuments by bicycle. Tourists will find various information boards along the paths.
Geographical Location
Near Erpužice lies Trpísty railway station on the Bezdružice local railway line, served by the Plzeň–Pňovany–Bezdružice line.
