Kralovice is home to historic religious buildings and museums, as well as a municipal outdoor pool; the surrounding area, both nearby and farther afield, also features several hills, a mountain, ruins, a monument and a church.

Culture

Mariánská Týnice was formerly a pilgrimage site and a provostry of the Cistercian monastery in Plasy, which acquired it from its then owner, Roman z Týnce, in 1230. The pilgrimage complex was built according to plans by Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel. The Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary has a floor plan in the shape of an isosceles so-called Greek cross. The complex has been protected as a cultural monument since 1964 and was declared a national cultural monument of the Czech Republic in 2018.

The Museum and Gallery of the North Plzeň Region in Mariánská Týnice features permanent exhibitions on the historical development of the region. The museum also offers an interactive children's trail called “Muzeem všemi smysly”.

The parish church of St Peter and Paul in Kralovice is first mentioned in records from the mid-13th century. It was rebuilt by Florian Gryspek between 1575 and 1581. The family crypt of the Gryspek family is located beneath its side chapel. The exterior masonry of its nave consists of dark-red, unplastered bricks, and its western entrance has a Renaissance portal.

Water and leisure

The Kralovice municipal outdoor pool has a 17 × 25-metre pool with a water slide, a water jet and a mushroom water sprinkler. There is also a children's paddling pool with a slide.
