Tlučná: Hotels and accommodations
History and townscape
At the corner of the cemetery stands Boží muka, a wayside cross considered the oldest monument in Tlučná; the year 1079 is carved into the monument. In the centre lies the listed Panský dvůr s kaplí complex north of the Plzeň–Domažlice railway line. Of the originally listed site, only underground rooms beneath the former fortress, a Neoclassical granary and a Neo-Gothic chapel have survived.
The first written mention of Tlučná is recorded in a document from 1115. The Přemyslid prince Vladislav I donated the village to the newly founded Benedictine monastery in Kladruby, thereby obliging the monastery to protect the village.
Park and leisure
Krimich Park covers an area of 3.5 hectares with plantings of trees and shrubs. Krimich Park was established in the built-up area of Tlučná to improve recreational opportunities. On 9 September 2021, a new mining-themed children's playground was ceremonially opened there, referring to Tlučná's mining past. In 2022, disc golf baskets were also installed in Krimich Park.
Water and cycle paths
Koupaliště Tlučná includes a 50 × 25 metre main pool as well as a water slide. The cycle path between Tlučná and Vejprnice runs through the valley of the Vejprnický potok and is connected to the existing cycle-path network.
