Culture
The former commandery of the Teutonic Order was founded after 1237. The surviving buildings of this former commandery are now part of the rectory; further remains can be found in the rectory garden. A remnant of the moat of the former commandery has been preserved in the southern part of the rectory complex.
The Marian Column is a High Baroque work from 1728 by the sculptor Štěpán Pagan. Statues of Saint Joseph, Saint Joachim, Saint Sebastian, and Saint Urban stand at its corners.
The Church of St. Cunigunde contains the tombstone of Jan Gatnar, the last Utraquist pastor. Hostěradice is one of the historic Utraquist parishes.
The Late Baroque Chapel of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, together with a nearby stone cross that forms part of the distinctive design of Hostěradice village square, is a dominant landmark of the square.
A Baroque sculpture group of Saint Anne and the Virgin Mary stands near the Church of St. Cunigunde and dates from 1763.
Nature
The U Kapličky natural monument features thermophilic plant communities with yellow iris and an abundant occurrence of pasque flowers.
Cycling
The main route (Route I) of the Znojemská vinařská I runs from Hrušovansko to Znojmo, mainly through flat and hilly terrain along Class II and Class III roads as well as farm tracks.
