Lesní Hluboké: Hotels and Accommodation

The Chapel of St. Anne is a listed monument dating from 1776. It has a circular ground plan with a cylindrical nave, a set-back presbytery and an entrance vestibule. Lesní Hluboké Castle is a late Baroque residence of Rajhrad Monastery, built as a hunting lodge in 1770.

Devět Křížů consists of nine wooden crosses and commemorates a tragic massacre of wedding guests in 1540. The wider regional surroundings of Lesní Hluboké also include the ruins of Tempelštejn and Rabštejn, as well as the Chapel of St. Peter and St. Paul.

At the entrance gate to Lesní Hluboké Castle stands the torso of an old linden tree, estimated to be 300 to 400 years old. Devět Křížů Hill (Lesní Hluboké) lies in the immediate vicinity of Lesní Hluboké. The surrounding area also includes Duforty Mountain, Koní hora Mountain and Víckov Mountain.

Lesní Hluboké is located at Junction 9 Křížů, Exit 168, less than 25 kilometres from Brno on the D1 motorway towards Prague. Lesní Hluboké is served by the Integrated Transport System; train connections are available in Rosice and Brno, and Vlkov railway station is located in the neighbouring Vysočina Region.

The Údolím Bílého potoka hiking route begins in Lesní Hluboké and follows the yellow trail markings via Radoškov to Pavlovcovův mlýn; it then continues along the blue trail markings to Šmelcovna.
