Okříšky combines distinctive cultural sites with events, regional cuisine, and designated landscape attractions. In the center of the town is Zámek Okříšky, a Renaissance castle complex with an agricultural courtyard, while the Church of the Name of the Virgin Mary is considered a defining landmark of Okříšky.

Culture
Zámek Okříšky was built on the foundations of a medieval fortress. The castle and agricultural courtyard complex is one of Okříšky’s immovable cultural monuments. The estate to which the Church of the Name of the Virgin Mary belonged resided in the neighboring Zámek Okříšky castle.
The present form of the Church of the Name of the Virgin Mary was probably built in 1673. A pilgrimage takes place at the church on the Feast of the Holy Name of Mary on September 12.
The Jarní jarmark was held at Zámek Okříšky on April 6, 2025; the second edition of the revived market was announced there for April 12, 2026. The Jarní jarmark offers stalls with handicrafts and industrial products, various delicacies, amusement rides for children, and children's workshops.
The Restaurace Okříšky hotel restaurant prepares homemade specialties as well as traditional Czech and Moravian dishes.
Landscape
Strážka is designated as a significant viewpoint in Okříšky. Zámecký rybník is considered a site with a distinctive landscape character in Okříšky.
The Okříšky sports complex has facilities for ball hockey and ice hockey, a tartan-surfaced double athletics track, a multipurpose sports field, and a training tennis wall.
Okříšky railway station is located on railway line 240 between Brno and Jihlava.
