Pokojovice: Hotels and Accommodation
Pokojovice features a settlement pattern in which traditional farmsteads and houses are arranged along the shores of the ponds. The settlement includes shoreline vegetation, gardens, orchards, and meadows. The structure lined with ponds is considered a characteristic element of Pokojovice’s urban composition.

Landscape
Pokojovice lies in the valley of the Stařečský potok. The stream, with its shoreline vegetation and meadows, is designated as a landscape setting value of Pokojovice. Horní rybník is one of two historic ponds on the Stařečský potok.
The deep Farský les forest stretches west of the village. To the north of Pokojovice rises the 578-metre-high Šibeník hill, a natural landmark of the surrounding area. Šibeník is also designated as a significant viewpoint.
Paths Through the Surrounding Area
A marked green hiking trail runs through the Pokojovice area via Kobylí hlava and Steklý rybník to Krahulov railway station. The nationally marked Cycle Route No. 5217 between Pokojovice and Dobrá Voda also passes through the cadastral area.
History and Local Life
Pokojovice is first mentioned in writing in 1190. At Dolní rybník, an area is used as an ice-skating rink in winter and as a volleyball and nohejbal court in summer.
