The Sklárna Květná 1794 glassworks gives Květná a clearly recognizable cultural profile. Its roots date back to 1794; at the same time, it is one of the oldest continuously operating glassworks in Moravia.
Culture
Sklárna Květná won Czech Grand Design 2025 in the “Manufacturer of the Year” category. According to its own information, the glassworks’ products are made entirely by hand. The Sklárna Květná 1794 Museum documents the development of glassmaking from its beginnings to the present day. Visitors can observe traditional glassmaking techniques there. Advance reservations are required for the museum’s guided tours in Czech.
Nature
The landscape around Květná includes the Pramen U Cicůrku spring. It is a mountain spring in the Květná district of the municipality of Strání. The Naučná stezka Květná trail is suitable for walkers and experienced cyclists and runs partly through forests and across meadows.

The Strání–Květná outdoor swimming pool is located in Květná on Ořechová Street. Weather permitting, it is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from July 1 to August 31.
