Telciu: Rodna Mountains, Culture and Festival Traditions

The difficult hiking trail marked PR connects the village of Telciu with the ridge of the Rodna Mountains near Șaua Bătrânei, includes more than 1,600 metres of elevation gain and takes approximately 10 to 11 hours.

The Orthodox Church of Telciu is a masonry church dedicated to Saint Hierarch Nicholas and built between 1900 and 1913.
