In the village of Uriu, the Reformed church preserves a Latin inscription bearing the year 1622. The wooden church in the northern part of the village was built around 1731 and is dedicated to the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul. Another church in Uriu is built of stone and brick and was completed in 1934.
