The Muzeul Satului is located in Lunca de Jos in the former town hall building, a house built in 1897. The collection includes furnishings and objects used for processing milk. It also features looms, as well as numerous tools and devices used in the household. Cultural events and themed days dedicated to preserving traditions are organised at the Muzeul Satului.

A second cultural trail leads to Valea Boroș: The musical instrument workshop demonstrates the production of the Gorduna, a percussion instrument carved from a single piece of wood. Visitors can learn about its production there and follow the entire manufacturing process step by step.

The churches in the area around Lunca de Jos include Biserica Livezi and Biserica Nădejdea. The Catholic Biserica Catolică Sândominic and the Orthodox Biserica Ortodoxă Sândominic are also located nearby.

“Taste of Transylvania” is a recurring four-day culinary festival held at Satul de Vacanță Boroș in Lunca de Jos.

The Jávárdi Zúgó waterfall is located along a section of the Jávárdi stream characterised by large rocks in the Naskalat Mountains and plunges 8 metres.

Muntele Făgetul Rotund is a mountain in the area around Lunca de Jos. Vârful Mare is also a summit in the area around Lunca de Jos.
