Nănești: Wooden Church, Protected Areas and Natural Ponds
At the center of the village of Nănești stands the wooden church “Intrarea în Biserică,” built by local residents from oak wood in 1776. Its oak walls are joined in a dovetail pattern and rest on a foundation of river stones. The church is designated as a local historic monument.
