Expert presentations are regularly offered there on its Church of the Annunciation, the Škrabec Library, the crypt of the French Bourbon royal family, the sacred and cultural-historical heritage of the entire monastery, and the Bourbon rose collection in the rose garden. The crypt of the monastery church contains the graves of the last members of the French Bourbon royal family.

Before the First World War, Anton Laščak built a villa in the neo-oriental style in Pristava. Villa Laščak was completed on Rafut Hill in 1914 and is considered unique in Slovenia and the surrounding region. The park thus brings together protected nature, the cultural and historical significance of the site, and a specific building with its own history of construction.
