Březovice is closely associated with forests in terms of its landscape: forests cover nearly 53 percent of the municipality's total area. An extensive forest complex lies in the northeastern half; wooded slopes also line the deep valley of the Strenický potok.

The cadastral area of Březovice is classified as a landscape with enhanced landscape values. The entire municipality of Březovice is also considered an area with archaeological finds.
Culture and History
The Víska district in the municipality of Březovice has been protected as a village heritage reserve since July 25, 1995.
In Březovice, the statue of Saint John of Nepomuk and the hunting residence, or hunting lodge, No. 34 are listed as Czech cultural monuments.
Event
“Březovice jedou” is a public cycling tourism event; the tenth edition took place on June 13, 2026.
Transport
As of March 23, 2026, a new diversion timetable of the Prague Integrated Transport system PID applied, also affecting the “Březovice, Víska, Bezdědice” stop. Route 143 runs through Březovice in the direction of Katusice.
