Culture and history

The Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Přelíc is a building dating from the second half of the 14th century. At the main entrance, it has a Romanesque portal made of marlstone, richly decorated with 23 quatrefoil motifs.

In the western part of the cemetery in Přelíc stands a hexagonal wooden bell tower from the 17th century on a stone base. The largest bell in the wooden bell tower in Přelíc was cast in 1679 by the Prague bell founder Bedřich Schönfeld. The middle bell dates from 1486 and bears a relief of Saint Peter.

A pagan burial ground was excavated near Přelíc in 1894. The burial ground discovered in 1894 documents prehistoric settlement in the area.
