Plchov: Hotels and accommodations

The Plchov educational trail begins in the village center and leads past Plchovský rybník, located west of the village and covering seven hectares, before the circular route returns to the village center. It is approximately 3.5 kilometers long, has nine stops with information panels, and provides information about the natural features and sights of the municipality of Plchov.

Geographical location

The Bakovský potok stream runs through the Plchov area in an approximately west–east direction. Around the village, the municipality has restored paths based on former local connections and continues to maintain them. Class III roads lead to Plchov.

Culture

In the village center, the chapel stands on a relatively large village green. It is a Baroque square building; its roof features a small bell tower that formerly housed a bell. A historic PS 16 fire pump from 1969 is on display in the garage of the fire station in Plchov. The covered stage in Plchov can be used for various events during the summer months.
