Skuhrov: Hotels and Accommodation
Skuhrov lies in the immediate vicinity of the Brdské lesy and below the wooded Hřebeny ridge of the Brdy Highlands. The extensive forest complexes of the Hřebeny Nature Park are designated as natural and landscape assets.
Nature
The Brdské lesy are considered suitable for walks. Summer activities associated with the Brdské lesy include mushroom picking and collecting wild forest fruits. Hiking and cycling trails are also considered recognised assets of the area.
History
In place of the former fortress, from 1890 onwards Knight Daubek had a large commercial malt house built in Skuhrov. Historically, malting at the malt house in Skuhrov took place continuously from October to March. The former malt house complex in Skuhrov is a cultural asset of heritage interest that is not included in the central heritage register.
In the “V roklích” area above Skuhrov’s forester’s lodge, stone was historically quarried for grindstones and paving stones in Prague.

The chapel on plot no. st.p. 29 in the cadastral area of Skuhrov pod Brdy is a cultural asset of heritage interest that is not included in the central heritage register.
Skalka above Drahlovice contains a preserved cave with a stone bed. Bílá skála above Drahlovice is mentioned as one of the municipality of Skuhrov’s romantic forest sites. The “Na rozhledně” gorge above Drahlovice is mentioned as a locally interesting site.

Skuhrov p.Brdy railway station is located on line 172 between Zadní Třebaň and Lochovice. A collector’s card can be purchased at the municipal office at Hatě 46 during office hours.
