Culture and history

The originally Gothic Church of St. John the Baptist was remodeled into its present Renaissance form in 1584. The church in Holohlavy has been documented as a cultural and historical monument since 1357. The former hospital of Holohlavy is located in the historic village center, a few meters from the village square. It was built before 1573 and is a single-story masonry building with a hipped roof.

Leisure and landscape

Sportovní park U Svatých is located in a naturally designed landscape park and includes a multi-purpose sports field with artificial turf. A preserved and restored section of the historic path is part of the complex. As a public, nonprofit facility, Sportovní park U Svatých is available for leisure activities and children's enjoyment. There is also a statue of Saint John of Nepomuk at U Svatých, probably created by a pupil of Matyáš Bernard Braun.

Entertainment

The summer cinema takes place in the park in Holohlavy. It is a recurring local film event that took place in Holohlavy in 2025 and 2026.
