Nature
The Prachov Rocks in the Bohemian Paradise around Zámostí-Blata are a frequently visited climbing area. Around Zámostí-Blata, the Prachov Rocks offer well-maintained, signposted circular hiking trails, information boards and viewpoints. The central car park for the Prachov Rocks is also located around Zámostí-Blata, by the Turistická chata, Prachov–Blata 15. The 1 km-long Pelíškova children's educational trail has also been open around Zámostí-Blata since July 2024 and is suitable for prams; it leads around the Pelíšek water reservoir.
Culture and History
House No. 8 in Zámostí is registered as a cultural monument. The remains of Pařez Rock Castle are located around Zámostí-Blata; according to information from the municipality, it dates from 1370.

For leisure activities, Zámostí-Blata has a swimming pool, a sports field and a children's playground.
Cycling
Cycle Route 14 passes through Zámostí-Blata on the route between Mladějov and Jičín.
