Jetřichov: Hotels and accommodations

Jetřichov is located in the geomorphological unit of the Broumov Highlands. The entire municipal area belongs to the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area (CHKO Broumovsko); at the same time, the Stěnava River flows through the northern part, while its right tributary, the Jetřichovský potok, forms the axis of the municipality.

Nature

The Jetřichovský písník is an outcrop of weathered Triassic sandstones in a sand pit near Jetřichov. There, layers of sandstone constantly alternate with layers of reddish lake iron ore. As sand is still being extracted, excursion and study visits must be coordinated with the operator of the sand pit.

Culture

Laudon's Chapel stands on a low hill above Jetřichov in the Broumov Basin and is dedicated to the Holy Trinity. A red-marked hiking trail from the direction of Broumov leads to it. The approach offers views of the mountains bordering Broumovsko.

Farm complex No. 56 is the only registered immovable monument in Jetřichov. It comprises a residential building, a gate, a shed, a barn, a dowry house, and a bridge with a statue. The preserved agricultural buildings were constructed toward the end of the 18th century and later adapted for various purposes.

Bělidlo refers to a site that originated as an agricultural farmstead; later, a small dye works was established there.

On the Cesta Rájem, the path leads to the remains of the chapel dating from the 18th century above Jetřichov and then descends to Jetřichov via a field path. This route crosses the main Broumov–Meziměstí road; it then continues to the upper end of Jetřichov.
