Å estajovice lies on the left bank of the Metuje. In Å estajovice, Motogalerie Å estajovice z. s. operates a publicly accessible museum of motorcycles and toys. The museum displays more than 100 machines and toys from the 20th century in a 19th-century granary.
Culture and Local History
A granite monument to the victims of the First World War was erected in 1928. Å estajovice is also home to a former water mill dating from 1495 and a small hydroelectric power station with a Francis turbine dating from 1904. A statue of the Virgin Mary stands by House No. 37; behind Å estajovice there are a chapel and a cemetery.
Nature
The Stará Metuje nature monument covers 21.9187 hectares and lies partly in the cadastral area of Šestajovice u Jaroměře. Until the beginning of the 20th century, Stará Metuje was the main channel of the Metuje. The area is home to a long-established population of the rare dragonfly species Ophiogomphus cecilia.
Šestajovická stráň comprises an oak-hornbeam forest ecosystem with typical forest flora and habitats of protected plant species, including Cypripedium calceolus, Platanthera bifolia, Trollius altissimus and Lilium martagon. At Šestajovická stráň, visitors should stay on the paths and not enter the undergrowth.

Šestajovice is characterised as a Slavic circular village with a horseshoe-shaped layout and fields arranged radially. Cycle path 4034 runs through Šestajovice. Cycle path 4058 connects Šestajovice with Veselice and Velká Jesenice.
