History and Regional Connections

The Chapel of the Holy Trinity in Klášterská Lhota was built as a small chapel in 1825. Originally, it was a single-nave masonry building. It was later extended with a wooden nave that was wider and featured elements in the Neo-Gothic style.

The Stations of the Cross around the chapel are made of red sandstone. The stone chapels of the Stations of the Cross have been protected since April 17, 2008.

The local history also includes the wood-grinding mill of the Labský mlýn paper company. It originated from the local mill in 1870 and was the only industrial enterprise in Klášterská Lhota.
