Schaub: Hotels and accommodation
Several cycling routes pass through Pšov; in and around the village, there is also a church and a sandstone statue. The routes and cultural sites described are located in different geographical contexts.
Cycling
The themed one-way route Křížková cesta starts in the square in Žlutice, is marked with a logo, and leads via Pšov and Močidlec to Záhořice. Along the route, 22 statues or crosses and a dovecote were restored.
The Toužim–Rabštejn nad Střelou cycling route connects Toužim with Rabštejn nad Střelou. It passes through Pšov, continues to the railway tracks, and then follows a forest path. After the railway tracks, the route climbs gently along the forest path towards Mount Vladař.
The 37 km section of National Cycle Route No. 35 from Valeč via Chyše and Žlutice to Manětín includes the Žlutice–Pšov–Manětín connection, is of moderate difficulty, and runs along paved roads.
Culture
In the vicinity of Pšov, at the crossroads of the road to Kolešov and the road to Kobylé northeast of the village, there is a freely accessible sandstone statue of Saint Florian. Anton and Elisabetha Melcher had it erected from sandstone in 1815. In 2011–2012, the statue was extensively reconstructed as part of the creation of a new educational trail.
The Church of the Sacred Heart in Pšov was built in 1914 and preserves the interior furnishings from the time of its construction. It stands in the western part of Pšov’s spacious village green, directly below the bus stop.
