History and Culture

Provodovice was already an episcopal fief at the beginning of the 14th century. Before 1302, it was a fief village in the outer bailey of Šaumburk and was held by Mikuláš of Šaumburk. Provodovice is also home to a statue of Saint John of Nepomuk.
