Nature and Trails

The Bohdalov-Hartinkov Nature Park in the municipality of Březinky offers good conditions for hiking and cycling. A marked local cycling route passes through Březinky. A hiking trail runs along the edge of Březinky beside a pond called “rybník Březinky”. A blue-marked hiking trail passes through the Nectava district, while the stream of the same name, Nectava, flows through the district.

Culture and Events

The chapel was repaired in 1980.

The traditional public “Pálení Čarodějnic” festival organized by SDH Březinky and Nectava was planned for April 30, 2025, behind the cultural center in Březinky. The festival was to include competitions for children; fried mackerel, smoked sausages, draft beer, and lemonade were also planned.

At the third “Setkání na hranici obcí” walking event, the meeting point and finish were at the “Na Bráně” wooded area.
