Culture

At Farm No. 1 in Kaničky stands a remarkable wooden granary on a high stone base covering a vaulted cellar. A wooden granary in Kaničky probably dates from the first half of the 19th century.

In the area of Kaničky village green stands a small brick Chapel of the Virgin Mary with a flat-roofed interior and a three-sided apse. It was built in 1862; its exterior was reconstructed in two stages after 2000.

Northeast of Kaničky, visitors can see the Baroque Kaničský Mill. A Baroque chapel stands in front of the Kaničský Mill. The stone Kaničský Mill was built at its present location in 1757. The present mill building, with its decorated gable, was built in 1852; the year is displayed on the entrance portal.
