Culture
The Church of Our Lady of the Snows (“Kostel Panny Marie Sněžné”) was rebuilt in its present form in 1871 and is considered the most significant monument in Pačejov. Its bell tower houses a set of four bells that is unique in the wider surrounding area.
A local association has restored monuments in the Pačejov and Velešice area. The local tradition of “posezení pod májkou” is also being continued and includes an afternoon cultural programme.
The wayside cross near Velešice is one of the smaller religious monuments in the surroundings of Pačejov.
The wayside cross in Strážovice dates from the 17th century. The chapel in Strážovice is a Baroque hexagonal chapel with a bell tower.
