The red-marked hiking route “K pohádce máje” runs from the valley of the Bílý potok through Domašov, Říčany u Brna and Ostrovačice to the Brno Reservoir. In Domašov, it runs between the valley of the Bílý potok and the Svratka Valley.

A blue-marked hiking route begins in Domašov and leads to Oslavany through the Chroustovské Valley, Zastávka u Brna, Babice and Zbýšov. It passes through the northern part of the Rosicko-Oslavany coalfield and focuses on the history of mining and energy supply.

The administrative and residential building of the Rajhrad Benedictines’ manorial estate, known in Domašov as Zámeček, dates from 1720.

On 10 August, a pilgrimage to St. Lawrence takes place in Domašov.
