A yellow-marked hiking trail leads from the railway station in Dolní Loučky through the Blahoňůvka valley to Níhov, then continues along the ponds through the Halda Valley, via Vidonín and the Libochůvka valley, to the trail junction in the settlement of Habří.

Níhov railway station is located about 2 kilometres from the village. The 4.3-kilometre “Údolím říčky Haldy” route begins there. It follows an unmarked path running mostly through the forest downstream along the Halda stream; several fords must be crossed, and numerous interesting rock formations can be seen.
The Halda Valley is home to a breeding site of the Eurasian eagle-owl. The gorge of the Halda Valley contains the remains of the foundations of wooden buildings.
Studánka Dlaně near Níhov is a spring with drinking water at the transition between pasture, field and forest. Above the spring is a sculpture of hands from which water flows.
