Velké Hostěrádky: Hotels and Accommodation

In the village, the building of the former post inn No. 74 is one of the immovable cultural monuments of Velké Hostěrádky. North of the municipality, at the end of the Skřípov valley, lies the Skřípov archaeological site, dating from the Middle Bronze Age.

Local tradition also refers to Hradisko: according to oral tradition, two princesses of Dirtenstein had a church built on the site of the castle now known as Hradisko. The church in Velké Hostěrádky is dedicated to Saint Roch, Saint Sebastian and Saint Rosalia.

The Skřípov area comprises a valley with a pond, terraces and prominent landscape features on the slopes above the settlement. The Svatá a Prostřední vrch Natura 2000 site extends into the northern part of the cadastral area of Velké Hostěrádky. It is a habitat for protected plant and animal species, including the Hungarian jewel beetle, as well as selected protected large mammals.

The Hunivky watercourse flows through the southern built-up part of Velké Hostěrádky.

A regionally significant intermunicipal cycling route corridor runs through the cadastral area. The seven-kilometre Pestrá krajina educational trail has six information panels and is lined with fruit trees. The educational trail is marked in map applications; schools, families and tourists use it for excursions.

Regional bus route 541 connects Hustopeče, Boleradice, Klobouky u Brna and Velké Hostěrádky.
