The municipality of Ludvíkovice lies on the edge of the České středohoří Protected Landscape Area. Most of the municipality lies within the Labské pískovce Protected Landscape Area. The Labe River forms the western boundary of the municipality. Along this western boundary, the Růžový hřeben rises above the Labe, with sandstone rocks and continuous forest cover.

On the outskirts of Ludvíkovice, the Hřebenovka leads to a memorial to the victims of both world wars. Around Ludvíkovice, it runs along a forest section.

History and Monuments

Ludvíkovice was first mentioned in 1425 under the name Ludwigsdorf, later Loosdorf.

At the intersection of a Class I road and a Class III road, there has been a monument to Dr. Kudlich for more than 100 years. He campaigned for the abolition of the corvée obligation.

The remains of a fortification are located in a spur position above a quarry overlooking the Loubský potok in the southeastern part of the village.

Ludvíkovice Cemetery contains a memorial made from old gravestones and gravestone fragments, including plaques and inscriptions.
