Přibyslav: Hotels and accommodations

Přibyslav Castle is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. Construction of Přibyslav's Gothic tower began in 1497 after the original tower was severely damaged during the siege by the Hussites. Its massive walls indicate that it was built as a defensive tower. The Gothic tower is regularly open to visitors from the beginning of July to the end of August.

The foundation stone of the parish church of Narození sv. Jana Křtitele in Přibyslav was laid on 1 April 1750. It was completed three years later and solemnly consecrated on 24 July 1753. Outside of services, the parish church is open to the public by prior arrangement.

Štola pod farou is a medieval tunnel in Přibyslav approximately 80 metres long; with its branches, it reaches about 118 metres. Štola pod farou is accessible exclusively during the Přibyslav festivities in September.

Towards the end of the 19th century, the idea for the Městské muzeum Přibyslav emerged. About 1,200 objects were collected for its early collection in a relatively short time, including traditional costumes, work tools, weapons, ceramic vessels, coins, old books and other documents. Since 2005, the town museum and tourist information centre have been located in the Starý ženský špitál Přibyslav.

The Hasičské muzeum Přibyslav includes a hall for international cooperation among the CTIF countries, with firefighting uniforms from various countries. The regional exhibition Přibyslavsko, also known as Žižkova síň, at the Hasičské muzeum Přibyslav presents archaeology, replicas of Hussite weapons, traditional costumes and everyday objects.

In 15 halls, the Hasičské muzeum Přibyslav presents a permanent exhibition on the history of fire protection, featuring early firefighting methods, the development of fire brigades since the mid-19th century, the development of firefighting uniforms, and historical and modern technology.

Přibyslav railway station is located on railway line No. 250 between Brno and Havlíčkův Brod. The Česko-Moravská cycling route No. 16 also passes through Přibyslav.

The Přibyslav–Sázava cycle path runs along a former railway line and begins directly at Přibyslav railway station. It is nine kilometres long and has no significant climbs. The K.-H.-Borovský Trail is one of the well-marked hiking trails in the vicinity of Přibyslav. The Cyril and Methodius Route can be completed on foot or by bicycle in stages.
