Březolupy: Hotels, Castle, Circular Routes and Hluboček

Březolupy Castle was converted from a fortress between 1650 and 1668. The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, which is worth seeing, stands in Březolupy village square. The stone statue of Saint John of Nepomuk dates from 1727.

The outer LAPAČ circular route is 11.2 km long and has an elevation gain of 208 m.

A freely accessible disc golf course with four tee areas and four baskets is located in the park behind the Březolupy health centre. Games of up to twelve holes are possible.

Chrástka Quarry lies directly beside Hluboček Pond and is designated as a significant landscape feature with notable flora and fauna.

The educational trail at Hluboček Pond includes two wooden footbridges and a water pavilion with an access footbridge. From there, visitors can observe and explore the fauna and flora above, on and below the water’s surface farther from the shore.

Hluboček Pond offers opportunities for swimming and relaxing on the shore and is an official part of a fishing area managed by the Moravian Anglers’ Union.

Since 1963, the Březolupy speedway track has hosted championships, qualifying and junior races, league competitions and open races.

The traditional “Slovácké Hody s právem” festival was scheduled to take place in Březolupy on 18 October 2025.

Březolupy’s events calendar includes a Christmas market with a communal pig slaughter and a tasting of plum brandy.

The second round of the Czech Individual Junior Championship was announced for Friday, 1 May 2026, from 3:00 p.m. at the Březolupy speedway stadium.
