Nedašov is home to the parish Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary (Nanebevzetí Panny Marie). Nedašov was first mentioned in written records in 1424. Also in 1424, Nedašov belonged to the villages assigned to the domain of Brumov Castle. The most important pilgrimage of the Nedašov parish is dedicated to the Feast of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. Hiking

The Valašské pastorále passes through several nature reserves and natural monuments where traditional sheep grazing has been restored. Nature

Kaňúry is a natural monument with flower-rich meadow and pasture communities, numerous thermophilic plant species and rare insects. These include the large blue butterfly (Phengaris arion), the alcon blue (Phengaris alcon) and the alpine grasshopper (Psophus stridulus). Pod Cigánem is a natural monument with a pasture of the Anthoxantho-Agrostietum association, a calcareous tufa fen of the Caricion davallianae alliance, and endangered and rare plant and animal species associated with it, particularly the sooana subspecies of the common spotted orchid (Dactylorhiza fuchsii subsp. sooana). Šumlatová is a meadow enclave with a frequent occurrence of orchids.
