Roblín: Hotels and Accommodation

The first historical mention of Roblín dates back to 1365. The village is also situated in a landscape of wooded hills and fertile agricultural land.

Culture and History

In the 14th century, Dolní Roblín was a fief of Karlštejn Castle, while Horní Roblín belonged to Třebotov in the 14th century. On the village square in Roblín there is a chapel with a bell tower, which is a registered cultural monument dating from 1806. Karlštejn is a castle in the vicinity of Roblín.

Nature

The Kulivá hora–Švarcava locality is a nature reserve in the Český kras Protected Landscape Area and is designated as a geotourism excursion site. As a geological locality, it extends along the Švarcava Valley from Solopysky to Roblín in the direction of Tův mlýn. In the part of the Kulivá hora–Švarcava locality extending as far as Roblín, fragments of floodplain forest accompany the Švarcava stream.

Doutnáč, a mountain, lies in the vicinity of Roblín. Hradinovský kopec and Bukovka are hills in the immediate vicinity of Roblín, while Hradec is a mountain in the wider regional area.

The Kulivá hora–Švarcava locality can be reached from the road via a walkable hiking trail; the access route continues for more than 250 metres. A blue-marked hiking trail also runs through Roblín from Třebotov and Vonoklasy towards Mořina and Dub sedmi bratří.
