The restored extensive orchard is an important landscape feature and a remnant of Radeč’s historic cultural landscape. Radeč is also located in an area administered by the CHKO České Středohoří. The mountains Kozel, Špičák, Dobrná, and Ronov are located in the surroundings of Radeč.

Culture and Traditions

The cemetery in Radeč contains German graves with carved floral details. Radeč is also home to the protected statue of Saint John of Nepomuk. The Chapel of the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist does not hold regular services.

The Třešňová pouť tradition was revived after 1989. It is connected with the time of Austria-Hungary, when there were extensive cherry orchards around Radeč. Visitors gather for an extensive cultural program on the weekend when the cherries ripen. The Radečské slavnosti are held regularly every year in June.
