Kladky: Hotels and Accommodation

Kladky combines access to Kladecko Nature Park with winter sports, marked hiking trails and historical traces. The landscape extends from the natural monument south of the village to paths that follow former transport and military routes.

Nature and Trails

The U Nádrže Natural Monument covers an area of 6.7 ha in the southern foothills of the Zábřežská vrchovina, in the Ludmírovská vrchovina, approximately 600 m south of Kladky. Marked hiking trails starting in Kladky provide access to Kladecko Nature Park. In one part of the nature park, the Kladecko educational trail provides information about the region’s natural and historical sights.

The Nectava–Kladky–Šubířov hiking route connects Nectava railway station with Šubířov railway station. Its highest point is Zahálkovy skalky at 610 m.

Winter Sports and Historical Routes

The Kladky ski resort is located in Kladecko Nature Park at an altitude of 610 m. It has two main slopes of varying difficulty, as well as a ski school with professional ski instructors.

The Napoleonská trasa leads from the Kladky ski resort almost as far as Konice. The route is intended for cross-country skiers and hikers and follows an old cart track used by Napoleonic troops on their way towards Slavkov.

History and Technology

The Pila Ludmírov Museum is located in the vicinity of Kladky. Visitors can see military and historical technology, woodworking technology, speleology and rock extraction there.

The first direct mention of the church dates back to 1581. Due to its historical value, it was recognised as a protected cultural monument in 1999.
