Veselíčko: Hotels and accommodations
Nature
The Hraběnčina educational trail can be used on foot, by bicycle and in winter on cross-country skis. Tři rybníky is one of the stops along this trail and is one of the frequently visited places in Veselíčko. The gorge near the Lukavec reservoir is approximately 100 metres long.
Culture
The Chapel of St. John of Nepomuk in Vicinov contains a statue of Saint John of Nepomuk. The chapel is probably the oldest of the three chapels in Veselíčko. The Chapel of St. Francis of Paola contains rare frescoes, which are, however, deteriorating.
May devotions are still held in May at the Chapel of the Virgin Mary on Zámecký vrch. The chapel is located by the former schoolyard. The Vlčince archaeological site in Veselíčko is associated with the Bell Beaker culture.
History
Veselíčko Castle acquired its late Baroque appearance in 1769 through the work of the Fulnek master builder Thalherr. It can be visited by prior arrangement. The four-hectare castle park and garden in Veselíčko were reconstructed in 2010–2011.
